have one, create one on this web page. Look for the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' link and click on it. This is a FREE procedure
doesn't cost you anything just enter in the information ask for on that secured PayPal web page. When done entering in your
information click the 'continue' button. Note: click the continue button only once. It will take an average of 60 seconds
for your information to be submitted.
