In August we will begin a 5 part DVD series entitled “Seven Mountains” by Lance Wallnau. I met Lance in Oshawa, CAN and was greatly impacted by his teaching on the seven sphere’s which influence and shape culture.
Lance points to the myth we have all believed, that if we reach everyone for Christ, the world would be changed. Do you know the emphasis of today’s mission field is not mainly geographical, but now cultural? What are the 7 influencing factors in a culture which can shift and bring change to a nation? How can a strategic few with God’s favor influence an entire nation? Did you know there are two sides to a mountain and we have received two commissions to reach the world, Mark 16:15, preaching with signs and wonders; and Matthew 28:18, discipleship through teaching? Do you know the difference??? Do you know that God’s not only wants people saved, but nations discipled, and they are not necessarily the same???
On August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 at 7 pm at Unified…, we will begin exploring the 7 influencing factors in a society to see cultural transformation. Each teaching session is 20 minutes and we will discuss and pray with the goal of seeking the Lord for his strategy to implement the principles taught by Lance.
